Pioneer Program

Structured 90-day implementation for skilled nursing teams.

We launch AdmitScore™ and MDS Genie™ in live workflows with executive alignment, staff onboarding, and a clear review path before broader rollout.

This is a guided implementation program for operators who want defined milestones, direct support, and a documented decision framework at day 45 and day 90.

Executive onboarding Leadership, admissions, clinical, and finance stakeholders align before launch.
Live workflow support We support rollout inside real referral, admission, and assessment workflows.
Defined review cadence Day-45 and day-90 checkpoints keep adoption and rollout decisions structured.

Day-45 review framework

We define success up front and measure it against the workflow your team is actually using.

5+ hours/week
Staff time saved across admissions, MDS, or clinical review workflows
$2,000+/month
Margin or reimbursement improvement opportunities identified during pilot use

No EHR integration required

From packet in to review output in about 5 minutes

AdmitScore workflow showing document upload and analysis output

Upload packet data, run analysis, and review outputs in one workflow.

  • How data gets in Upload referral packets, notes, or assessment documentation with no long IT project required.
  • Who uses it Administrators, DONs, MDS Coordinators, Admissions Directors, and finance leaders can all review the same output.
  • What comes out in 5 minutes Margin visibility, PDPM-relevant flags, and a structured recommendation your team can act on immediately.

What’s included in the program

Implementation support for clinical, financial, and operational teams

Workflow configuration

We configure payer logic, margin assumptions, user access, and review expectations around your facility’s actual workflow.

Direct implementation support

The same team handling configuration stays involved during launch, troubleshooting, and early workflow refinement.

Leadership review cadence

Administrators, admissions leaders, and finance stakeholders get scheduled review points for adoption, workflow fit, and next steps.

Team training and handoff

We train enrolled staff, support go-live, and document the workflow so handoff is clear after the pilot period.

Full product access during pilot

Enrolled team members use the live product environment throughout the 90-day pilot with full onboarding and review support.

Structured feedback loop

We capture workflow feedback throughout the pilot and use it to refine deployment, training, and reporting before broader adoption.

Who this program fits

Best for operators ready to use the products in live workflows

Good Fit

  • Have a defined admissions or MDS workflow that needs improvement
  • Can assign an operational owner for launch and review checkpoints
  • Want leadership visibility into adoption, fit, and outcomes
  • Are ready to sign a BAA and use live facility data
  • Prefer a structured rollout over a self-serve setup

Better to Wait

  • Need enterprise integrations or multi-site governance before first use
  • Are only looking for a no-commitment sandbox
  • Cannot allocate staff time for training and review checkpoints
  • Need to defer workflow changes until a later budget cycle
  • Are not ready to use live workflows during the pilot

How implementation works

From intake call to rollout decision in five structured steps

1

Operational review

We review your facility, current workflow, staffing roles, and the operational outcomes you want to measure during the pilot.

2

BAA and configuration

We complete HIPAA documentation, configure payers and workflow settings, and align the review outputs to your team.

3

Staff launch

Staff begin using the product in the live workflow with direct support during the first weeks of adoption.

4

Day-45 review

We review usage, workflow fit, outcome targets, and any adjustments needed before broader rollout decisions.

5

Day-90 rollout decision

At the end of the pilot, we confirm broader deployment, additional workflow changes, or a pause based on the documented results.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this HIPAA compliant?

Yes. Azure-hosted, encryption at rest and in transit, and we sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with every facility before any PHI touches our system.

Who supports the rollout?

The implementation team stays involved through configuration, launch, and early usage. Technical issues are handled directly by the people supporting the rollout.

How is this different from a free trial?

This is an implementation partnership, not a self-serve trial. You receive structured onboarding, workflow alignment, and milestone reviews with your operations team.

What happens after day 90?

At day 90, we review the documented outcomes and agree on an ongoing deployment plan. No long-term contract is required before the pilot is complete.

How do you scope implementation capacity?

We limit concurrent rollouts to preserve support quality. Availability is confirmed during intake based on product fit and current implementation load.

Can multiple facilities participate?

Yes. Each facility is scoped separately so workflow complexity, staffing, and rollout cadence stay clear during implementation.
