Is this HIPAA compliant?
Yes. Azure-hosted, encryption at rest and in transit, and we sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with every facility before any PHI touches our system.
What if something breaks?
You'll have direct access to our engineering team. We typically resolve issues same-day. This is why we limit Pioneer Partners, so we can give you real support, not a ticket queue.
How is this different from a free trial?
Free trials attract tire-kickers. We want partners who are serious about improving their workflow and willing to invest time in feedback. The pioneer rate ensures mutual commitment.
What happens after the pilot?
You continue at $249/month (or $449 for both), forever. That rate is locked. If we're not a fit, you cancel anytime with no penalty.
How many Pioneer Partners are you accepting?
5 facilities per product. Once those spots fill, the program closes and pricing goes to standard rates ($499/month per product).
What if my pioneer rate facility grows or adds locations?
Your pioneer rate applies to your founding facility. Additional facilities can join at current rates, or we can discuss volume arrangements.
